Payment and Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: Austria.

Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)

Deliveries within Germany:

We charge a flat shipping fee of 7,90 € per order.

For orders with a total value of 357,00 € or more, we deliver free of shipping costs.

For deliveries to German islands, an additional island surcharge of 17,00 € will be added to the shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge flat-rate shipping costs for deliveries abroad as follows:

Austria: 15,90 €

For orders with a total value of 357,00 € or more, we deliver abroad free of shipping costs.

Delivery Times

Unless stated otherwise in the respective offer, delivery of goods within Germany takes place within 1–5 days, and for international deliveries within 5–7 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after receipt of your payment instruction).

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped together unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
