Cut-Resistant Glove "GREEN CUT D" 1818 – Protection and Sustainability without Compromise. Sustainable production is playing an increasingly prominent role in the procurement of personal protective equipment (PPE). However, the required level of protection must never be compromised. The "GREEN CUT D" 1818 cut-resistant glove perfectly combines both priorities. This protective glove features Cut Protection Level D (in accordance with EN ISO 13997) and a liner made from HPPE, SteelFiber, recycled polyester, and Spandex that eliminates the need for chemical dyeing processes. This conserves resources and reduces carbon emissions, saving 227 g of CO₂, 0.39 kWh of electricity, and 5.15 litres of water per pair. The micro-foam nitrile coating on the palm and fingertips provides a secure grip during dry, oily, greasy, and slightly damp applications. Thanks to its innovative ERGO-FIT design, the glove offers an exceptional fit and ensures high dexterity. High tear and abrasion resistance values ensure an extended service life. Despite its durability, the material remains pleasantly flexible, breathable, and soft. An often underrated technical detail is the reinforced crotch between the thumb and index finger, extending durability at a traditional stress point. Operational versatility is further enhanced by touchscreen compatibility, food-safe approval, and Contact Heat Level 1 protection. Wearer comfort is elevated through Sanitized® hygiene technology and OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 certification. Finally, production in Sri Lanka demonstrates outstanding manufacturing expertise.
