Wherever an industrial safety helmet is not mandatory—yet the head should still never serve as a bumper—it delivers standard-certified head protection in compliance with EN 812. The brim is permanently kept in shape by an inner core made of dimensionally stable high-performance polymers, eliminating the hassle of constant reshaping during daily work. The removable protective shell made of high-density ABS is ergonomically contoured, while a ventilation system, EVA foam padding, and a soft sweatband ensure high wearing comfort. Thanks to its well-thought-out shell design, this bump cap is exceptionally well-suited for larger heads. In combination with an elastic strap and pull mechanism, it adjusts flexibly to head circumferences from 52 to 64 cm.
